Gwen Anna Swartz

May 23, 1919 - August 18, 2017

Gwen Swartz, a long-time resident of Oregon City, died August 18, 2017 at the Oregon City Adult Care Home. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church, where she worked for a while as secretary. She also worked almost 20 years for the Clackamas County Mental Health Clinic as administrative secretary until her retirement in 1982. Before moving to Oregon, she had resided in Montana, South Dakota, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and Fukuoka Kyushu, Japan in the Army of Occupation. Gwen is survived by her daughter, Sherry; her son, John; and several grandchildren.
