Obituary

Betty Jean Force, a longtime resident of West Linn, passed away at home on October 23rd with family by her side. She was a U.S. veteran and served in the United States Army from 1951 thru 1953. Betty spent many years as the Assistant Librarian at Sunset Grade School until her retirement in 1985. She was active in her community and was a member of The West Linn Lioness Club.

Betty is survived by her husband, Lewis Force; her sons, Richard and Raymond Force; her sister, Rosella Roiecki; her brother, Larry Campbell; and 14 grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, November 12th, at Hillside Chapel, in Oregon City. Following the service, the family invites all who attend to celebrate Betty's life at Lewis and Betty's home.

Betty will be laid to rest at Willamette National Cemetery. Her graveside service will be at 12 pm on Tuesday, November 15th. All are welcome to attend.
