With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Carol Lynn Wilson on October 22, 2024. Born in Oregon City, OR on April 13, 1949, Carol touched the lives of all who knew her with her unwavering kindness and selfless nature.
After attending Oregon City High School, Carol pursued her education and obtained an associate's degree from Clackamas Community College. She dedicated over four decades to the envelope sales industry, where her passion and work ethic shone brightly.
Carol's love for music flourished as she sang in a Sweet Adelines Barbershop chorus and even competed internationally. Her faith and sense of community led her to Trinity Lutheran Church, where she was an active member of both a Bible study group and quilting circle.
In her spare time, Carol found joy in knitting, crafting beautiful hot pads, and sharing her talents with others. She welcomed Taisei as her own son from Japan, extending her love and care beyond boundaries.
As we remember Carol, her love for the color purple and admiration for butterflies remain ingrained in our memories. Her optimism and infectious smile could light up any room, always putting others before herself.
Her life will be celebrated in a funeral service at Trinity Lutheran Church, where her spirit will live on through the cherished memories she leaves behind. A future ceremony will honor her boundless impact within the local MG club and the joy she found rallying alongside Roger in their beloved 1978 MGB.
Carol's legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will forever remain in our hearts. May she rest in peace, knowing she touched the lives of so many with her grace and unwavering positivity.
