Beloved Mother, Grandmother, and friend to many passed away May 5, 2024, with her family at her side in Oregon City, Oregon.

Connie was born June 28, 1942 in Los Angeles, California to Glenn and Inez Walton and grew up in Hardington, Nebraska where she attended college. After college, she moved to Los Angeles where she was an elementary school teacher and met the love of her life, Donald J Sase. They were married on August 27, 1966, and presided in La Palma, California. She devoted her life to her family, love of home decorating, caregiving, and coaching others through life challenges, and was an active advocate for those living with mental illness.

Preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sase, parents Glenn and Inez Walton, and sister Jeannine Walton. Connie is survived by her two children, Jeffrey Sase and Traci Anderson, her sister, Lori Grothe, brother, David Walton, sister-in-law, Elsie Bush, niece, Corrine Beckwith, nephew, Jeremy Grothe and two grandchildren, Kyle Anderson and Benjamin Anderson.

A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, June 29th at 11:30 am, at Prince of Life Lutheran Church, 13896 S Meyers Rd, Oregon City, Oregon. Light luncheon to follow at Traci's home.
