Denny Howell was born on March 29th 1951 in St Louis, Missouri to Denver Howell and Beulah (Arthur) Howell. He died on September 24th 2019 in Oregon City, Oregon. He was 68.

Denny attended Salem High School in Salem, Missouri, graduating in 1969. After high school he entered the US Air Force and served in Vietnam from 1971-1972 as a supplyman.

He worked several jobs before joining the Multnomah County Recording Office. He retired in 2004.

Denny always had a smile for everyone and never met a stranger. His hobbies were reading, birdwatching, listening to gospel music, attending church, rooting for the St. Louis Cardinals and spending time with his family.

Denny is survived by his wife Alicia, 4 children (Stephanie, Matthew, Jonathan, and Emily), grandchildren, great-grandchildren and 2 brothers (Rick and David).
