Lila Estelle Price, 96, passed peacefully at 9:25 a.m. on August 29, 2024, surrounded by her children. Estelle, (as everyone knew her) also known as grandma, mee-maw and g-ma, was born on January 19, 1928, in Watson, Oklahoma, to Abraham and Ada Combs. She was married to Glen Price for 62 beautiful years before he passed away on September 22, 2008.

Estelle was proceeded in death by her siblings, Dora Combs, Albert Combs, Levi Combs, Elmer Combs, Edna Combs, Edward Combs, Mildred Combs, Ray Combs, and Tommy Combs.

She is survived by her sister Joyce Crane, her three beautiful children and their spouses: Lila and Sam Coy, Dennis and Shannon Price and Roger Price, 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Her soul will continue living on through her adoring family and friends and all who were blessed to have known her. Estelle was the most caring and lovable woman who, throughout her lifetime, devoted herself to her family, church and the people around her.

Estelle lived for her big family, she loved gardening, going camping, feeling the sand between her toes at the beach, fishing, crocheting and of course going to church every Wednesday and Sunday at Hillcrest Missionary Baptist Church, where she was lovingly known as Sister Estelle. While she will be sorely missed by all, we know she is now with her husband Glen, and they are both looking down on all of us, smiling, in each other's arms.

The service will be held at Hillcrest Missionary Baptist Church, 355 Warner Parrott Rd, Oregon City, Oregon, on Friday, September 13th, 2024, viewing begins at 8:30 am, and the church services begins at 10:30 am. Estelle's final resting place will be with her loving husband Glen at Willamette National Cemetery.
