Garry Richard Whyte's Obituary
Garry Richard White was born on October 22, 1946 and passed away peacefully,
at home, on August 14, 2018.
Remaining family includes his daughter Hallie Whyte, son Jeremy Whyte, sister
Sue Schaefer, mother to his children Susan Barnes Whyte, and his love Kathy Grant. He will be missed by all.
On Wednesday August 29, 2018, Military Honors and Committal Services will be
held at Willamette National Cemetery, 11800 SE Mt. Scott Boulevard, Portland,
Oregon, promptly at 10:30 am
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on the same afternoon, August 29,
2018, at 2:00 pm, at Lake Grove Presbyterian Church, 4040 Sunset Drive, Lake
Oswego, OR. Friends and family are welcome to attend both services.
We ask, in Garry's memory, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Vietnam
Veterans of America or to the Lake Grove Presbyterian Church.
