Geraldine Hutson was born in Vancouver WA., in August of 1942 and passed at the age of 82, she was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who new her, sadly she left this world on 1/28. after loosing her 6 year fight with cancer in Oregon City OR.

Geraldine graduated from [Wy'East High School in 1961] She started her career as a Bookkeeper/Secretary and went on to work for Hood river County School District for 27 years.

Geri always prided herself on being well presented and always looked very stylish and put together showing her beauty and her love for life. She was a positive influence and wanted to be an example to everyone she knew.

Geraldine married Gary Hutson June 4th, 1961 [in Hood River at St Mary's church]. The couple had 2 children, Chad Hutson and Annette Richmond.

Mom's interests were Family, camping, religion, outing's with friends, scrap booking, reading, Jazzercise, travel, motorcycle riding and living life to the fullest.

Mom's accomplishments were: Adult typing teacher, Employee of the month, a mother to her school children that would come to her for comfort. A best friend to everyone and an inspiration to all who knew her.

Mom's Memorable moments and achievements were: Marrying her high school sweetheart of 63 yrs, birth of her 2 children, 5 grand children and 7 and half great grand children.

Geraldine is survived by Gary Hutson - husband, of Oregon City, OR, Son Chad Hutson and daughter Annette Richmond.


The service for Geraldine Hutson will be held on [Feb. 8th], viewing at 11:00am , Rosary at 11:30 a.m., Mass 12:00 noon followed by reception at church 1:00 pm.
