James "Jim" Woodruff Feb, age 72 of Beavercreek, passed away July 9, 2019 in Oregon City of complications of dementia.
Jim was born July 28, 1946 in San Diego, California to Harold and Beverly Feb. After graduation he joined the National Guard as a reservist for 7 years, he also worked in the grocery industry as a store manager.
In 1972 Jim had a life altering car accident. The resulting spinal injury left Jim paralyzed. He and his family paid the painful price for 47 years. He wanted to make sure that his children knew that he wished that he could have been the father they deserved.
Jim was so funny, he had a laugh like a squeaky screen door when you got him going. He loved to camp and sit around the campfire and tell and listen to jokes with family. He became a Christian and had a very strong faith.
Jim is survived by daughter Samantha (Michael) Stitt of Oregon City, Son Jamie (Stacy) Feb of Gladstone, son Jason Feb of Milwaukie. Sister Shari (Bill) Wyland of Molalla. Six Grandchildren, Four Great-Grandchildren, along with several Nieces, Nephews and Great Nieces and Nephews.
Jim and his family would also like to thank the caregivers that helped him in his last years of his life.
