Judith Ann passed away unexpectedly in Oregon City. She is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil and her siblings, Donna Mae Heth and Edward Werstlein. She is survived by her sons; Dan and Jim Hartley, and step-daughters; Leslie Angel and Cecillynn Farrar, and four grandchildren,
