Kayla Arlean Shauvin, 28, became one with the force on Wednesday, September 20th 2017. She was born in Clackamas County, OR on January 3rd 1989 to Janelle McFeron and was later adopted by her father, David Shauvin. She graduated from Colton High School in 2007 and went on to achieve her Associates degree in Film Production from Clackamas Community College. In 2009, Kayla became a mother to Spyke Strathmann, the light of her world. Kayla enjoyed punk and folk music, playing with her dog, going to the beach, playing live music as "La Sega" and laughing until her stomach hurt. She leaves behind family and friends she loved so very much.

A celebration of Kayla's life will be held at Vogies Bar, 464 Portland Ave, Gladstone, OR on Sunday, October 1st 2017 from 7:30pm until closing.
