Obituary

Keith Dean Dier, 61, peacefully passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 surrounded by his siblings.

In 1962, Keith was born at Willamette Falls Community Hospital in Oregon City to parents Donald and Mary Lou Dier.

Keith's life was a testament to his unwavering love for his family and friends. He had a penchant for mischief which made him a cherished friend and a beloved member of his family. In addition to his mischievous nature, Keith was fiercely loyal to the ones he loved – it knew no bounds. Keith was always there with a helping hand and a playful conversation.

Keith had a saucy sense of humor that delighted and sometimes shocked those around him. His witty one-liners and clever comebacks were legendary, and he had a knack for finding humor in even the darkest of situations. His irreverent wit and sharp tongue will be sorely missed by all who had the pleasure of experiencing it.

Keith graduated from Oregon City High School in 1980. His first love was a 1967 GTO he purchased as a teenager, inspiring a lifelong passion for classic cars. He lived in Molalla, Oregon, most of his life, where he was a steadfast member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Chapter 1753, Lodge 1277.

Keith is survived by his sister, Terri Powers, and his twin brother, Kevin Dier. He is also remembered by his nieces and nephews, Michael Powers, Levi Dier, Sara Dier, Jessica Powers, along with their children.

A private funeral will be held with close family members on May 17, 2024 at Mountain View Cemetery in Oregon City, OR.
