It is with a heavy heart that I write of the sudden and unexpected passing of Larry Alan Barney of Beavercreek Oregon who passed away January 27, 2022. Larry was born November 19, 1955 in Bend Oregon and raised in Sisters Oregon. His parents George E Barney Jr. and Geneva Sproat. He worked as a foreman in construction and only recently retired. A wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He was a true cowboy, a champion bareback rider, and a rodeo judge. Larry loved to cook, read a good western and spend time outdoors. He helped anyone who needed it. Larry is survived by his wife Polly, daughters Bonnie Kay, Heidi Jean, Beckijo and Pollyanna and his many grandchildren as well as his mother Jean Sproat and brothers Garry, Jerry and sister Theresa Barney.
