Martha Elena Tarin Vazquez was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on July 10, 1960 to Luis Tarin and Antonia Vazquez. She was the second youngest of 8 children. She worked as a receptionist at Hotel Victoria where she met the love of her life and father of her 4 children at the age of 20. They made a life together for 42 years. She moved to Southern California in 1992 with her husband where they lived for over 20 years until moving to Oregon in 2013 where as a family opened a restaurant. Her passion was cooking and was a talented artist that loved to paint. She loved the outdoors camping, campfires and long walks at the beach with her husband. Devoted wife and mother to 4 children and 7 grandchildren. She was a caring, sweet and most loving person that many had the privilege to know and love. She will forever be loved and dearly missed.
