Melvin A Kennedy, 80, transitioned at his home in Oregon City, OR on August 21, 2016. He was born to parents Edward & Alta Lucille Kennedy, the oldest of 4. After graduation, he proudly went on to serve in the US Air Force for 4 years. When he arrived home he worked many years for Local Union 290 as a steamfitter. Melvin is survived by his 3 siblings; Joyce, Dale & Russ. He is also survived by 5 of his 6 children, 15 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren & 1 great, great grandchild. His family will be holding a private service to share the love, memories and joy that Melvin brought to their lives.
