Michael Steven Nehez, a devoted father, loving brother, and cherished friend, passed away on December 4, 2024, at the age of 68. Born on February 2, 1956, Michael lived a life full of love, hard work, and dedication to those around him.

Michael built a remarkable career at Portland General Electric, where his diligence and organizational skills left a lasting impact. Beyond his professional life, Michael was a man who truly cherished the great outdoors. Whether hunting, golfing, or simply enjoying time with family and friends, he found joy and fulfillment in life's simple yet meaningful moments.

He will be remembered for his unwavering work ethic, his meticulous attention to detail, and his deep love for his family. Michael's legacy lives on through his sister Margaret Thorpe, brother Steven Nehez, son Joseph Nehez, and grandson Ian Nehez.

A celebration of Michael's life will be held at Hillside Chapel in Oregon City on January 17th at 11am.
