Obituary

Parker Daniel-Shineovich Kemp, Age 20, of Oregon City, Oregon, passed away on Thursday, August 8th, 2024, in Portland, OR.

He was an excellent student throughout his school career, beginning with TAG, the Talented and Gifted Program, resulting in his early high school graduation. His passion and innate talent for art crossed mediums to include drawing, painting, skateboarding and music. Parker was mostly self-taught, becoming skilled with many instruments such as acoustic and electric guitar, drums, piano, trumpet and digital music production. He truly was a free thinker, a bright light, an intentional human being.

Parker leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Sarah Kemp Anderson (Steve Anderson), his mother Sondra Shineovich (Nikki Shineovich), his three brothers: Hunter Shineovich, Carter Millican, and Alex Anderson, and his three sisters: Allie Kemp, Lilly Anderson, and Kamea Anderson. He has also left behind countless others who loved him, including grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and cherished friends.
Funeral services will be at Hillside Chapel; 1306 7th Street, Oregon City, Oregon. September 20th, 2024 at 10:30am. A graveside gathering will follow at nearby Mt View Cemetary.
