Pesirina "Pesi" Kiahd (née Endere) died of natural causes on March, 19th 2017 in Portland, Oregon at the age of 58.

Pesirina was born on September, 15th 1958 in Pingelap, Micronesia to Thomas Endere and Ampelihna Endere (née Inalesin). She moved to Portland Oregon in 1977 to study nursing at the University of Portland. She married Kiahd, her childhood friend in 1980. Within the next 7 years the couple welcomed 4 children into their home. Over the years Pesirina worked for many care facilities in the Portland area as a CNA. Her children remember her as a kind mother who encouraged them to pursue their goals. She was an active and dedicated member of the following churches; Tri-City Baptist Temple in Gladstone, Maranatha Baptist in Oregon City, and Living Hope Church in Oregon City and taught a Sunday School class when her health allowed it.

Pesirina is survived by her husband Kiahd Kiahd; daughter Tanna Bettle and son-in-law Brandon Bettle of Milwaukie, Oregon; sons Sam Kiahd, Edwin Kiahd, Scott Kiahd, and daughter-in-law Kala Kiahd of Oregon City. Brothers and Sisters Edelain Abraham, Ehsor Endere, Malpihna Nelber, Lipehn Sale, Leah Boaz, Ahser Endere. She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Merihda Andon, Damaso Endere, Selihna Endere, Entirik Endere.

A viewing is scheduled for March 31st, 2017 beginning at 10:00 AM at Hillside Chapel 1306 7th St, Oregon City, a graveside service will be at Mountain View Cemetery 500 Hilda St, Oregon City at 1:00 PM with a memorial to follow at Living Hope Church 19691 Meyers Rd, Oregon City at 3:30 PM. Pastor Mike Albin will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Pesirina's life.
