Ronald (Ron) Kennedy Nov. 4, 1951 – Aug. 23, 2018, 66, of Wilsonville passed away peacefully in his sleep with his family at his side. Ron was born to Robert George and Arlene Elizabeth Kennedy and attended David Douglas High School in Portland where he met his wife Susan Kay Schmitt, they married a few years later. Ron proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force then worked for Columbia Helicopters in Aurora. Ron is survived by his wife, Susan, son, Adam, mother Arlene, brother Robert Jr. and nieces and nephew. A memorial service will be held at 10.30 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018, at Hillside Chapel, Oregon City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disable American Veterans at www.dav.org
