Rosemary was born in Logan, Utah to Collier and Ada Dutson.. She passed away in Willamette, West Linn Oregon at the age of 98. She married Emerson Tiedeman July 1, 1946. She was a homemaker but had worked at St. Vincent until WWII and worked in the OC Papermill during the war. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she was Pormary President and counselor of Relief Society.
she is survived by her 3 children; Emerson Jr., Lana Mervyn and David Scott Tiedeman. 7 grandchildren, 12 Great-grandchildren and 1 great-great -grandchild.
