Tony Allen Abbott II, 46, of Oregon City, Oregon died unexpectedly on Sunday, January 29, 2023, after suffering a massive cardiac event at his home.

He was born in Milwaukie, Oregon on April 26, 1976 to Oneta and Tony Abbott. Tony graduated from Milwaukie High School in 1994, and then went on to Clackamas Community College to earn his Associates Degree in Computer Science. While attending college he met the love of his life, Hillary. They were married on September 4, 2004, and established their home in Oregon City, Oregon. Their family was completed in 2007 when their son, Parker, was born.

His love of cars led him to one of his first jobs as a Jiffy Lube Technician. This was the start to a 25+ year career in the industry. In 2006, he had the opportunity to combine his store knowledge with his technology skills in the franchise's corporate office. He held several different positions within the company and was currently employed as Senior Payroll Specialist.

Tony loved watching car YouTube channels, every Marvel Movie ever made, bowling with his friends, watching his son compete in a variety of sports, exchanging daily TikToks with his childhood friend David, and adventuring in the forest on his bike. But most of all, he loved his family.

Tony was known for his dry wit, his soft punches to the shoulder, epic high fives, gigantic bear hugs, and a playful attitude. If you left your phone unattended with Tony around, you were likely to get a random selfie of Tony taken (by himself or with others) while you weren't looking.

He is survived by his wife Hillary, his son Parker, and his sister Valerie Allen, as well as his extended family and close friends.

He has left all of us with a hole in our heart, but with an abundance of wonderful memories.

A Celebration of Life will be at the Aerie at Eagles Landing (formerly Top-O-Scott) in Clackamas, Oregon on Sunday, March 5th from 1-4 pm. We look forward to celebrating Tony's life with everyone that Tony loved, and the many who loved Tony as well. The service will be available via streaming for those unable to attend.
