Tony Anderson passed away September 2 at OHSU. Tony was involved in a motor vehicle crash on May 5th. He overcame many injuries that were said to have never seen anyone survive. He fought hard for almost 4 months, but the results of the car accident ultimately became too much to bear. Tony was able to make his own decision to just be comfortable that truly made him at peace. Tony was born on August 19, 1962, in Springfield, Ohio. He moved to Oregon in 1984. His parents are Jerry and Margaret Anderson. He is survived by his father Jerry Anderson, sister Shirley Merwine, his son Robert Anderson, daughter Crista Stewart, grandchildren Halie Anderson, Connor Anderson, Allyson Stewart, his nieces Trisha Freeman and April Miller, Uncle Daniel Wheeler and his long-term girlfriend Chris Miller. Tony was a big ole teddy bear once you got to know him and sense of humor like no other. He will be forever missed, but his memory will forever be alive.
