Vicki Ruth Dingman Wilkinson was born on May 15, 1953, in Portland, Oregon and passed away on October 20, 2025, in Portland, Oregon. She was only 72 years old and will be missed greatly.

Born to Guy (Mike) and Jessie (Ruth) Dingman, she was the oldest of 2 children. Growing up Vicki enjoyed camping; traveling on family vacations; and playing the accordion. Vicki attended Marshall High School in Portland where she continued to play the accordion. During her time at Marshall, Vicki met some friends who would turn into lifelong friendships that she treasured dearly.

She worked at Boyd's coffee company as an equipment technician for 15 years (1984-1999).

Vicki loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her sisters, friends, and was looking forward to the birth of her newest great grandchild due November 2025. She also enjoyed trips to the beach, the smell of lilacs blooming, and long talks on the phone with friends & relatives. Of great joy to Vicki was her frequent trips to Minnesota to visit extended family. She also loved animals with all her heart and finally fulfilled her lifelong dream of owning a horse in 2013.

She is survived by her 3 children Richard (Ginger), Tim (Susan), and Jeremy. Her 8 grandchildren, Melissa, Vanessa, Calin, Alexis, Ayesha, Shaylee, Xavier, and Olive. Her 10 great grandchildren, Ethan, Illias, Skyler, Osiris, Isaias, Alli, Colton, Sofia, Levi, and baby Everett born on 10/31/25. Her 2 sisters Virginia (Mike) and Nancy (Mike) and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Vicki was a kind, honest woman who will live on in our hearts forever.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10am at Family Worship Center located at 5001 W. Powell Blvd Gresham, OR 97030.
