Obituary

Wallace "Wally" Freeman was born on April 5, 1925. He passed away peacefully in Portland, Oregon on October 2, 2011 at the age of 86. He was a longtime resident of Clackamas County where he worked as an engraver for a stationary company. Wally spent more than 15 years in the U.S. Navy and enjoyed fishing and boating.

He was preceded in death by his wife Donna and his son David.

In December 2010, Wally was featured in the Oregonian's Season of Sharing as a client of Senior Citizen's Council of Clackamas County. He was overwhelmed and so pleased by the generosity of the community. The community came together to donate a bed for Wally as well as a table and chairs and a big screen television. His last year of life was one of his happiest in his later life.
